Two amazing cities, 299 testing miles and four days to do it, take on this cycling challenge and cycle the Tour De France before they do! This spectacular event combines the London to Paris Bike Ride and the Tour De France finale! Whether you're new to the sport or are a regular rider, this cycle challenge is suitable for people of all abilities - all it takes is some training and motivation.
Starting in London, you will travel through the glorious Kent contryside towards Dover to catch the ferry (and rest your legs!). From then on you will push on cycling through breathtaking French countryside, along quiet country lanes and through traditional market towns, before the pièce de résistance of crossing the finish line under the magnificent Eiffel Tower - phew! As you enter Paris in one large peloton, the crowds will be cheering thinking the Tour has reached the city one day early! The atmosphere is simply electric! You can then celebrate the next day by watching the Tour De France Grand Finale.
You will be fully supported throughout the whole journey with a specialist cycling support crew, from mechanics through to catering. A dedicated St. Gemma's Fundraiser is also on hand to help support you in raising your sponsorship money.
