Important annoucement re: Colour-Baloo Covid -19
Following government guidance on corona virus, we made the difficult decision to postpone the Colour-Baloo fun run earlier in the year. We had hoped to be able to hold the event later this year but due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation and uncertainty over when events such as this will be able to go ahead we've made the difficult decision to postpone the event to 2021, with it now taking place on Saturday 8th May. Of course we know that this will be disappointing to everyone but the safety of our supporters, volunteers and staff must be given priority. When Colour-Baloo does come back we can ensure that as well as being safe for everyone it will be bigger, better and brighter.
If you've already registered for the event we will automatically re-register you to the new date and we very much hope that you'll be able to join us on the 8th May next year. Your registration payments have helped us to continue providing essential care and support to people when they most need us. Thank you.
If you're unable to make the new date next year and would prefer to receive a refund, we understand. If you would like to receive a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that refunds might take longer to process at this time, we will however issue these as soon as possible.
If you haven't already registered for Colour-Baloo and would like to receive further information about the event and be notified when registration for the new date is please email us at email@example.com
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
