Our Celebration of Life Appeal is a way of remembering and celebrating the life of someone you love.
This summer we are creating a 'Field of Memories' at St Gemma’s Hospice. Hundreds of Celebration of Life Memory Markers, each bearing the name of someone special, will be planted along the Path of Life.
On Saturday 24th June between 10am and 2pm we are inviting people to visit the Hospice to view the Celebration of Life Memory Markers which will be planted as a reminder of loved ones. These will remain in place until the end of July. There will be an opportunity for you to collect your memory marker from the Hospice in August. Further details will be sent with your Celebration of Life pack.
You can take part in the Appeal, and celebrate the life of someone special, by making a donation of your choice to St Gemma's Hospice.
Everyone who takes part, and makes a donation to St Gemma’s, will receive a Celebration of Life pack containing details about the event, a St Gemma’s lapel pin, a reflection card and a free entry ticket to our Open Garden event, which is being held on the same day in the main Hospice Gardens.
