By making this reservation, you acknowledge that, as the lead booker reserving the boat(s), you are agreeing to pay a registration fee of £10 per team member and to ensure that your team raises the minimum sponsorship requirement of
£90 per member and are responsible for collecting this in from your team and paying this into St Gemma's Hospice within 2 months of the event.
You understand that, in light of the current situation with COVID-19, the dates of this event are subject to change depending on governement guidance, which we are monitoring closely.
You understand that, if payment of the registration fee is not made within 2 weeks of booking, your reservation will be cancelled.
You understand that if you wish to row the 10 mile route on Sunday 26th June, boats will be prioritised for those rowing 21 miles and you may be placed on a waiting list.
You understand that, in the unlikely event that your chosen boat size becomes damaged and/or unavailable, prior to the Row, we reserve the right to move you and your team to the next available boat size.
You understand that, if you or a team member are later unable to attend the event, you will not be refunded if the cancellation is within two weeks of the Row.
You understand that team members who are 16 or under on the day of your row must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over and is their parent or guardian.
You agree to provide emergency contact details for you and your teammates. The emergency contact details must not be for someone taking part in the row.
You are also agreeing for a member of the St Gemma's fundraising team to contact you prior to the event to take contact details for all rowers in your team and to be contacted after the event regarding the payment of sponsorship monies.
You agree to follow all instructions and health & safety regulations given at the event and understand that, if these regulations are not followed, you could be escorted off the Lake, disqualified from the event and fined.
You understand that photographs will be taking during the event. All photographs are the property of St Gemma's Hospice. You consent that any photographs taken at the event that include you may be used for future Hospice marketing and publications.
