I understand that this is a fundraising event organised by St Gemma's Hospice and commit to raising as much sponsorship as I can for St Gemma's by taking part and agree to pay the booking fee. As part of signing up, you'll receive a fundraising pack with ideas for fundraising and raising sponsorship.

I understand that all sponsorship must be collected and received by St Gemma's Hospice no later than 4 weeks after the event.

If I will be aged 17 or under on the day of the event (29 June 2024) I confirm that I will be walking under supervision of an adult who will be aged 18 or over on the event day.

I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter arrangements and conditions, including the event route and start time, should circumstances require.

I understand that a photographer will be attending the event and that all photographs are the property of St Gemma's Hospice. I consent that any photographs taken at the event which include me may be used for future Hospice marketing and publications.
